Vantage Group Completes Acquisition of Meridian Rail Logistics

CHICAGO — Vantage Group today announced the completion of its previously disclosed acquisition of Meridian Rail Logistics, a Midwest intermodal freight operator serving 340 origin-destination pairs.
The transaction adds approximately 90 rail-served terminals to the Global Logistics division and is expected to be immediately accretive to the division’s operating margin.
